Refunds & Exchanges – Within 15 Days

We offer refunds or exchanges on eligible items within 15 days of purchase. Items must meet the conditions listed below.

Store Credit – Within 30 Days

If the 15-day refund window has passed, you may receive store credit for eligible items returned within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, the item must be:

Unworn and in original condition

Unaltered in any way (no sizing, engraving, adjustments, or customizations)

Returned with all original packaging, including boxes, pouches, tags, and certificates

Non-Eligible Items

Custom pieces, special orders, and any jewelry that has been altered after purchase cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned for store credit.
